Got rear bumper & lift door damage repaired after my car was hit while parked overnight. Rod and his team worked with insurance to get the repairs done as quickly as possible and keep the process as low stress as they could. I definitely also had to check in with the insurance company separately to keep the process moving, so keep that in mind if you have repair timeline questions or things seem delayed. Insurance might be an issue. Overall Rod and his team were straightforward, quick to reply to messages & friendly. And ultimately the repairs were done in a reasonable time.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Rods Autoworks. From start to finish, Rod, Maria, Sal, Gio (anyone I may have unintentionally missed — my sincere apologies) demonstrated a level of professionalism, compassion, and excellence that is truly rare…especially for NYC! After my car was struck by an 18-wheeler Penske truck, I was understandably shaken and overwhelmed. From the very first conversation, Rod reassured me with complete confidence this is what he lives for, putting people first and he meant every word. What I experienced was nothing short of a true white-glove approach. The team kept me informed every step of the way. They were patient with my questions (this was my first accident — and I’m praying my last), and they made a stressful situation feel manageable and supported. The results speak for themselves. My car not only looks flawless — it looks even more beautiful than when I first drove it off the lot. It drives smoother than ever, and the attention to detail is evident in every inch of the work. Rods Autoworks doesn’t just repair cars — they restore peace of mind. I am deeply grateful for their integrity & sincere approach. If you want a team that treat
